Grumpy's Restaurant Proudly Partners with the Cliff Avril Family Foundation for the 2026 Family Fun Day

That is why we are proud to announce our continued partnership with the Cliff Avril Family Foundation for the 2026 Family Fun Day, taking place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Paul C. Armstrong Park in Middleburg, Florida.
This year marks our fourth consecutive year supporting this incredible event, and we are honored to once again provide food for what has become one of the area's most impactful family-centered community gatherings.
A Partnership Built on Community
While many know Cliff Avril as a Super Bowl Champion and former NFL star, to us he is also a longtime friend.
Cliff and Grumpy's President & CEO Daniel DeLeon grew up together and played football together as kids. Over the years, Daniel has watched Cliff use his success and platform to create opportunities, support families, and make a lasting impact throughout Northeast Florida.
"Cliff has always been the type of person who gives back," said DeLeon. "We're proud to support his foundation and help create an event that brings families together and provides opportunities for children throughout our community."
Supporting a Free Event for Local Families
The Cliff Avril Family Foundation Family Fun Day is completely free to the public and offers families an afternoon filled with entertainment, activities, food, and community engagement.

Grumpy's Commitment
As part of our sponsorship, Grumpy's Restaurant will once again provide a substantial food donation to help feed the hundreds of families expected to attend.
Over the years, our support has included thousands of dollars in food products, beverages, and supplies to ensure every guest has the opportunity to enjoy a great meal while participating in the event.
This year, with attendance expected to grow even larger, Grumpy's has expanded its contribution to help meet the increased demand and support the foundation's mission.
